# Configure Case Alert Priority

> Update the alert risk rating for a specific case.

The following API can be used to set the alert priority level for a given case. The alert priority level can be set to **LOW**, **MEDIUM**, **HIGH**, or **Unrated**

**Requires Update Alert Priority Status of Case Permission**
